Michael Kubel captured this scene from the begining of the BEEB's Second Line parade during Easton Out Loud.  Brooks from the Bank Street Creamery hands out free mini cones at the beginning of the parade.  The police provide us an escort, and we pass out beads, shakers and bubbles along the way to anyone we cross.  It's a beautiful scene and one of the best ways to experience the city.
